Pasta making at home

I decided to try making pasta , we all voted for raviolis. But first I wanted to make a fire roasted red bell pepper cream sauce so I fire roasted my peppers ( I was taught at school). Then I used my School book and followed the recipe. Lots of family fun  happened and it allowed me to think more about my mission statement which I will talk about in a later post. Here is my fire roasted bell pepper diced.

                                               And my son was pretty proud of himself

                                                                 It was fun and delicious.
