Chef John

I just wanted to mention that Chef John might seem scary at first but he has a heart of gold. I saw it during a knowledge bowl meeting while he became a bit emotional while sharing his experience during a competition. He might give a lot of work such as in class quiz, pre-class quizzes,workbook chapter test, daily journals, in class teaching segments,e-porfolio etc ..But he does it because it works, the knowledge stays in our head. You end up at the end of the class with all the information learned because the way he made you learn it worked. A BIG thank you Chef and I am a bit sad that this class is coming to an end.

One of my Lab has a perfect score! I really wanted to have a perfect score and the day I cut my finger is the day I received. Perhaps my teacher's heart was softened  by me fainting 3 times and still going back to the kitchen finishing my work? I will never know...
