Chicken Chasseur

Today we made some awesome food... each teams were assigned a dish. We were assigned Chicken Chasseur and the other teams had chicken pot pie,  poached chicken Star Anise and chicken poele. Seeing all the methods such as braising, poaching ,simmering being used and seeing the finish dishes was really great. Here are some pictures.Here below is a picture of mushroom sweating:)

                                    It is so much fun to be in the kitchen. I truly love it. Everyday I am learning how to move a little faster in the kitchen. Often towards the end of of cooking , students become in a hurry and things get chaotic. I try my best to avoid this by remaining focus and perform to the best of my abilities to finish early so that I can tackle my chores or help someone that needs a little boost:)
